1. Data Entry Officer (OG-III)
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from HEC recognized University / Institute.
- Minimum 01 years of relevant experience in the financial sector/banks / financial institutions.
- Proficient in MIS and data management.
- To input Foreign Exchange Transactions (FETs) received from Bank’s FX authorized branches and assure that all transactions are updated in the system before day-end.
- To ensure optimum turnaround time of daily transactions to Forex branches via email To liaise with Treasury Sales Desk, Back Office, and Trade-related branches for smooth functioning of the Desk To maintain FBP data for monitoring of deal maturities and settlement.
- As well as To maintain transactions on excel related to Forwards and FE-25 loans To liaise with Treasury Operations on reporting to Central Bank for all outstanding Forward transactions as well as report to Wing Head on all outstanding FBP & FE-25 transactions.
- To reconcile intra-day transactions with the FX settlement (Back-Office) To daily post Exchange rates on the SBP Web portal To perform any other assignment as assigned by the supervisor(s).

- The employment will be on a contractual basis for three years which may be renewed at the discretion of the Management.
